An enjoyable and legal form of hunting enjoyed by individuals of all ages. This journey will take you to a place nestled deep in the mangroves of Umm Al Quwain. Armed with spears and lighting equipment, the aim will be to take back with you the largest and best crabs you can find. Crab hunting is an art, well some maybe gifted and some maybe naturally skilled at it. In addition, the best part is being served fresh catch for dinner.

Tour Description:

Transportation will be arranged from our designated locations in Dubai / Hotels. About an hour of driving North from Dubai, we arrive at the location for the tour. Once everyone is settled, a leader will then give you a brief instruction for the tour to follow. Once the sun sets, the hunting location is only a 5-minute boat ride. Master hunters will instruct you in the art of spear hunting beneath a torchlight .The best time for crab hunting is in low tide. All equipment will be provided for you. The best bait to use is poultry like chicken backs and necks. After having fun hunting, you will be in for a treat with a feast of crab meat. The dinner will be included along with refreshment that will be provided. Upon completion of Dinner, our chauffeur will drive you back to the pickup point.

Important Information: Booking can be made through our website, and prices include hotel transfers, dinner, and soft drinks. The online payment system is available for your convenience, and activities are suitable for all ages. Cancellation charges are applicable, and seating is based on availability. All vehicles are properly insured, as safety is a main priority.

Things to Remember: Please carry swimwear, a change of clothes, and a towel. Prices reflected are per person. Please carry valid identification/passport for this excursion.

Inclusions: The trip includes pickup from designated locations in Dubai/hotels, a light snack service with refreshments, departure by boat (SIC/Sharing) to the mangrove, crab hunting with professional assistance, a continental dinner buffet with the Catch of the Day Crab Dish, and drop-off to the pickup point.

Exclusions: Beachwear, rental of water-resistant slippers/boots, locker rental, towel rental, and alcoholic beverages are not included.

Schedule: The trip starts between 15:00 – 15:30 Hrs and ends between 22:30 – 23:00 Hrs, with a total duration of approximately 7 hours and 30 minutes. It operates daily.

Terms & Conditions: The crab-hunting trip and its activities are dependent on sea/weather conditions. Please contact us to check on the weather conditions and availability for this trip prior to booking.

Minimum Requirement: Please note that prices are indicated for a minimum of four persons. Please contact us if you wish to book for fewer than four persons.

Suitable for all age groups. However, it is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with spine injuries or heart ailments.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds may not be processed after the purchase of timed tickets (such as Burj Khalifa Timed Tickets, Train Tickets, and Visa Applications, etc.). All refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Refunds processed at any time will bear a service charge of AED 10 per transaction. Cancellations made seven calendar days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 95% refund. Cancellations made 5 – 7 days prior to the tour date are eligible for an 80% refund. Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

Seating Policy: We reserve the right to allocate seating as per availability.

Insurance Coverage: All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing is advised. Please carry swimwear, a change of clothes, and a towel.
